After an Army career that began with graduation with a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Rivers earned a MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He brings his experience from over 25 years of corporate leadership for billion dollar revenue companies. As Co-Founder and President of Rivers Resources, Eddie aggressively oversees all aspects of the company’s efforts to build a business in recovery audit and cost containment services.

As Chief Operating Officer Brooke is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Rivers Resources as well as overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company’s corporate and service plan. She strives to help execute the corporate vision as a company that under projects and out performs. Brooke continues to generate innovative solutions to increase business efficiency, therefore resulting in increased customer satisfaction and increased customer retention.
